工作职责:

'1) assist the warranty claim manager and gradually improve the reporting system for warranty claim

协助质量投诉经理,逐步完善质量投诉报告系统'

'2) clarify and analyse the root cause of the claim (internal coordination and external communication)

厘清及分析质量投诉原因 (内部协调及外部沟通)'

'3) clarify the warranty claim with customer at jobsite or in own repair workshop

'4) host monthly warranty meeting with related depts. for quality improvement

任职资格:

college or above ,mechanical or fluid water conservancy machinery related

大专或以上学历,机械或流体水利机械专业

'more than 5 years working experience in pump industry

5年以上水泵行业工作经验'

knowledge about problem solving analyse

问题分析

be familiar with the production procedure of pumps

熟悉本公司泵产品的生产流程

be familiar with the performance, structure and material of pumps

了解和掌握产品的性能、结构、应用范围

computer operation and english communication

熟悉电脑操作并具英语沟通能力
