roles and responsibilities:

• interact with customers to understand customer’s needs on analytics capabilities

• communicate customer needs to software development team and assist on customer communication to build and debug developed functions

• analysis of yield at in-line process monitor, electrical parametric test, and wafer sort to determine causes of yield failure and identify/drive opportunities for improvement

• define process windows that ensure high yield, based on available and experimental data

• interface with customers and internal teams - jointly identify and drive wafer fab improvements and potential product marginalities

• writing of yield analysis report and presentation to customers

required education and experience:

• minimal 8 years of semiconductor fab experiences as yield engineer, product engineer, or process integration engineer roles with product yield analysis experiences

• b.s. or m.s. in electrical engineering, chemical engineering, material science, physics, or data science major

• ability to identify, collect, analyze and present data necessary to resolve yield related issues

• candidate must be an effective team player and possess a working knowledge of statistics for process control, yield, and reliability

• good verbal & written communication and presentation skills

• domestic and international travel may be required

• hands-on capability of programming language (such as python, java, c++, …) knowledge to analyze data for problem solving is a significant plus
