assist senior manager of customer experience after sales, set up aftersales customer support interaction center(csic).though remote diagnosis technology to provide service and solved customer complaints. to maintain the csic service experience in the best state, continue to provide users with quality services.
协助售后客户体验高级经理,建立售后客户支持交互中心(csic)。通过远程诊断技术为客户提供服务,解决客户投诉。将csic服务体验维持在良好状态,持续为用户提供优质的服务。
main business业务方面:
• 远程诊断技术热线管理
remote diagnosis technology hotline management.
• 通过远程诊断协助经销商/客户进行车辆故障追踪
vehicle fault tracing assistance to customers/dealers by remote diagnosing
• 远程技术权限及运营管理
technical ota rights and operation management
• 搭建售后客诉处理流程和落实到经销商以及流程改进和实施
set up customer complain process flow and implementation, and improvement
• 指导经销商处理客户投诉,确保落地和解决
guide dealership to deal with customer complaints, and the crisis event management and control.
project management项目管理方面:
• 协调内部需求和资源以及供应商,确保项目被完美的执行
coordinating internal requirements and source and vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• 确保项目按时按量按预算交付
ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
qualification:

education backgroud: 教育背景
• 本科学历以上 bachelor
experience: assignments or roles that prepare a peson for future roles.
经验:
• have experience in process lean and implementation
具备流程精益化和落实的实际经验
• should have a background working in business process building&control management
具有业务流程制定和控制管理经验
• should have a background working in the customer complain process
具有相关客户投诉处理管理的相关经验
• at least 1-2 years work experience and background in remote diagnosis technology service.
至少1-2年远程诊断技术相关工作经验
• at least 7 years work experience and background. 2-3 years related work experience and background.
至少7年以上工作经验,2-3年相关工作经验
• good communication and data analysis ability
