职位描述:

岗位职责:

main mission: define and take control of fresh product assortment policy in 220 stores.

analyse the market and understand the consumption asperities throughout china

develop a fresh assortment strategy in order to secure the current activity and build long term differentiation

propose a method to converge, simplify and clarify the offer

monitor and follow the 6 regions

main mindset needed: make things simple for our people, make things easy for our customer

analytical, able to run performance statistics on excel, analyse and share the findings through ppt

good communication skills, mandarin + english ; able to communicate easily from employee to director levels

project management, able to organise, follow and monitor the tasks

food sensitivity is requiered (fresh is a plus)

must be able to work independantly and take initiatives

岗位要求:

working experience: 3 years minimum ; successul experience in category management (purchase and/or offer management), or consulting in management, or audit, or project management (in food related topics)

education level:business and/or engineer are prefered

languages: mandarin + english
