售后保险业务项目经理(钣喷) detail development & coordination of body&paint strategy and working packages/initiatives due to heavily increasing market competitors in the following areas:

insurance cooperation, customer awareness & retention, product & services placement, dealer loyalty and after sales turnover development, environmental protection establishment

coordination amongst contributing parties in the project (internal company china/ hq / external parties) as high demand is required to secure b&p business in dealer network (b&p contribution: 50% dealer turnover).

constant monitoring of the working packages and the impact in the dealers' b&p turnover and seek for new supporting measures that might involve some investment

analyze possible impact of the body & paint business , in relation to positive business cases.

cooperate with auto financial services in the development of a brand insurance project.

establish & coordinate contacts with main insurers' for keeping close cooperation. cooperate with group company in future group trend b&p business initiatives bachelor or master degree, major in business administration or others

 around 6 years’ relevant working experience in consulting and after sales field, 2 years’ leadership experience

 diligent, highly self-motivated, stress resistant and willing to learn

 familiar with ms office, knowledge in sap
