工作职责:

- responsible for recruiting activities (from screening to successfully onboarding) for internal positions and support hr manager for talent acquisition projects accordingly.

负责公司内部职位的招聘,协助招聘经理进行外部招聘项目的人才寻访。

- deeply understand position background and jd to search and screen suitable candidates.

理解并按照各职位要求寻访和筛选合适人选。

- develops innovative sourcing solutions. consistently evaluates current and new sourcing opportunities.

制定创新的人才寻访方案,持续评估现有的和新的寻访方案。

- work closely with recruitment service venders, website, etc., ensure recruitment channel effectiveness to maximize recruiting efficiency.

与各招聘第三方,各大招聘网站等保持密切关系,最大程度的保证招聘效率。

- arrange and coordinate all process of interview, provide interview and employment advices.

安排和协调所有的面试流程,提供面试和录用建议。

- negotiate offer details and manage offer process.

负责offer谈判并管理人选录用流程。

- take other assignments per required by supervisor.

负责上级要求的其他工作。

qualifications:

资格要求:

- bachelor degree or above in human resources management, business administration management or related major.

本科或以上学历,人力资源管理,行政管理及相关专业。

- 3-5 years in hr recruitment function, with headhunter experience

is preferred.

3-5年或以上招聘经验,有猎头工作经验优先。

- excellent sourcing skill, especially direct sourcing capability.

良好的人才寻访能力。

- counseling, interpersonal, and communication skills required.

良好的咨询,人际交往和沟通能力。

- fluent reading and written english.

英语读写流利。
