第11篇 business process management manager/业务流程管理经理岗位职责要求

you will be responsible to work independently or support process owner to drive business process excellence by provide detail process improvement/optimization recommendation for process owner decision. lead the business process mgt. team to drive or support global/region/local business process innovation/improvement project. continue improve rdsl process framework and methodology. maintain and improve rdsl doa structure, to ensure rdsl’s business process have appropriate risk control. she/he is also responsible for selected process improvement operation, including gdc hub operation and deal calculation automation.

业务流程管理经理需要有高度独立工作能力,支持流程所有者,为流程所有者的决策提供流程改进/优化建议,引导流程所有者来达到公司业务流程的卓越。领导团队推动或支持全球/地区/本地业务流程创新/改进项目。 持续性优化/改进公司流程框架和方法。 维护和改进rdsl 授权指引结构,以确保rdsl的业务流程具有适当的风险控制。 她/他还需要负责对特定流程的操作进行优化/改进,包括gdc运营中心的运营和交易计算的自动化。

main tasks & responsibilities主要岗位职责:

1. continue improving rdsl process framework, process methodology and doa structure;

持续性优化/改进rdsl流程框架,流程方法和授权指引结构

2. reviewing business process flow & doa periodically and making recommendations for improvement;

定期审阅公司业务流程和授权政策,并提出改善建议

3. leading global system (adonis) application in rdsl;

推动集团系统adonis在罗氏诊断中国的应用

4. leading sop review across functional departments, implementation of best practices. ensuring the procedures are well maintained and in compliance with local, regional and global sops;

支持和协调跨部门标准业务流程评审及优化,实现最佳实践,符合当地地区和全球标准业务流程规范

5. optimizing sop processes, assisting in drafting process flows and making recommendations for improvement;

优化标准业务流程,协助起草流程并提出改善建议

6. providing training in sop process drafting and documentation for new business projects / cases for ba and other supporting functions;

为业务部门和其他支持性部门负责的新项目提供标准业务流程起草流程等相关培训

7. closely connecting with global bpm and region bpc team, timely organizing bpm related training for rdsl local staff;

与集团和亚太流程管理团队紧密联系,定期为公司员工组织bpm相关培训

8. responsible for gdc hub routine operation and deal calculation automation. accountable for the operation accuracy in gdc master data maintain. lead the gdc system optimization including but not limited to system upgrade /testing, solution confirmation, training and business requirement collection, etc.

负责gdc hub的日常运作以及利润分析的自动化,确保gdc数据维护的准确性,领导gdc系统优化,包括但不限于系统升级/测试,解决方案确认,培训和业务需求收集等。

basic requirements of the job基本岗位要求:

you should hold a bachelor degree in accounting, finance or it related.

会计,财务或信息技术相关专业本科学历

you should have:

1. at least 10 years (5 years for manager) of relevant experience required in public accounting / finance / it or project management, experience with no less than 3 (2 years for manager) years on manager level must be with multinational companies.

至少10年 (业务流程管理经理5年)以上会计/财务/信息技术或项目管理相关经验, 3年(业务流程管理经理2年)以上跨国公司经理级别管理经验

2. excellent written and verbal communication skills in english and mandarin required, and proficient ms office skills (word, excel, powerpoint). project management skills and cross-function leadership experience.

精通英文书写和口语表达能力,必须会说普通话。熟练使用office办公软件(word, excel和powerpoint)。项目管理经验,有跨部门合作领导经验。
