收集客户信息,建立客户档案。

接收客户咨询、报价,订单生成,跟踪货源,收款及发货。

客户服务,投诉处理,样品试用请求及跟踪。

销售文件汇总整理归档,收集整理归档报告。

处理客户退货换货维修等服务请求、跟踪进度、与其他部门协调。

收集整理月度、季度、年度销售数据并汇报,管理各类信息数据并负责保密。

其他客户服务相关业务。

任职要求

大专以上学历。

即可,最好具备销售助理相关工作经验。

使用微软办公自动化软件(excel, word, powerpoint) 精通excel。

责任心强,具有团队精神。

英语四级以上,优秀的英文读、写能力。

responsibilities

collect customer information, establish customer files.

send and receive customer inquiries, quote, generate orders, track goods, collections and shipments.

college degree or above.

fresh graduates, preferably with sales assistant related work experience.

ms office (excel, word, powerpoint), expert skills in excel.

strong sense of responsibility. good team spirit.

cet 4 or above, fluency in written english.
