职责描述：

职位要求qualifications and skills needed to perform this job

1. 5 years above experiences in automation design 。 具有5年以上自动化设计经验。

2. mechanical design knowledge and skills。 具有机械设计的专业知识和技巧。

3. good communication skill and ability to work with teams with good consulting， coaching and facilitation skills in a technical environment 。 良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力，在技术层面上具备咨询，指导和促进的能力。

4. skills in software including solidworks/pro-e and ms office。能熟练运用画图软件solidworks、pro-e 和办公软件ms office。

5. good organization and project management skill。具有良好的项目组织管理能力。

职位职责key responsibilities

1. mechanical design 机械设计

understand the machine mechanical structure and build the competence for copy， modify and design automation machine mechanical structure. 了解机械结构原理并有能力拷贝，修改，设计自动化机械。

2. project tracking 项目跟踪

as project leader， lead， direct， evaluate， and develop a team of project to ensure that the project is implemented effectively， consistently， and according to established guidelines and budgets.

review and analyse the data and information to identify trends and risks in the project. 作为项目负责人，领导、直接评估和发展一个团队项目，确保项目的有效实施，持续，根据建立指导方针和预算，审查和分析数据，评估风险。

3. design for automation 自动化设计

review all process with platform concepts and make sure its implementation in an effective and efficient way。审查所有生产平台，并确保其同过自动化实现有效和高效的运行

4. automation lead for production领导生产实现自动化

lead product family related work- such as automation platform solution， rfq(request for quotation)， dfm/dfa.支持和领导相关工作使生产部门实现自动化。
