•debug test programs for products in the given area

•debug device issues and provide feedback to business partners

•closely monitor yield performance and work out action plan to address the yield issue

•work on yield improvement projects

•support process excursion activities including identification, containment, notification, and implementation of corrective actions

•support customer and internal audits

•demonstrate good understanding and application of department processes, tools and systems

•communicate effectively with both internal and external customers

qualifications:

•bachelor's or master's degree in electrical / electronics engineering /software engineering

•~5 years working experience background in test engineering area

•a good understanding of semiconductor testing knowledge

•python / perl familiarity or experience is a plus

•good communication skill and team working spirit

•good english skill
