working experience on microsoft windows platforms and microsoft office applications
good knowledge on the network technologies, especially tcp/ip protocol, wifi configuration.
fluent in japanese skills + mandarin or englishlogical thinking, responsible, analytical, pro-active, service-oriented, team spirit, self-motivated and work under pressure
