第12篇 质量经理/qualitymanager岗位职责职位要求

职责描述：

1. implement the quality management standard， improve quality management system continuously， and improve the quality of product and service贯彻质量管理标准，持续改进质量管理体系，进一步提高产品和服务质量

2. be responsible for the tests of raw materials and external samples to judge whether they are qualified according to the standards of the company; assist purchasing and eshq department to handle the unqualified raw materials according to relevant quality control procedure， to audit and evaluate the raw material supplier in cooperation with ao-pe. 负责原材料和外部样品的检验工作，按照公司标准判断是否合格，协助采购和eshq部门按相关质量控制程序处理不合格原材料，并对对原材料供应商进行审核与评估

3. being responsible for the analytical control of the hydrogen peroxide production plant under the guidance of ao-pe. controlling the whole process per data analysis ( such as working solution composition control) and providing relevant improvement suggestions.在ao-pe的指导下，负责完成过氧化氢生产的分析控制过程。并根据分析数据对工艺过程进行监控（比如工作液成分控制）并提出改善建议。

4. being responsible for tests and analytical checks of environmental relevance e.g. emissions.

负责与环境相关的检验与分析。

5. communication of lab results and process parameters with ao-pe and evaluation of process conditions under consideration of obtained lab results.与ao-pe交流实验室结果和工艺参数，以及基于已获得的实验结果下对工艺条件的评估。

6. prepare the product specifications with the support and assistance of production department as the basis of determining qualified and unqualified products to make sure of delivering qualified products. 在生产部的支持协助下，制定产品规格，作为确定合格品和不合格品的依据，确保交付合格产品

7. usage of statistical methods to supervise the testing processes and results of semi-finished product and finished product， deliver testing result reports of raw material， semi-finished product and finished product to relevant departments timely to assist production department to optimize processes and improve quality of products. 使用统计方法监控半成品、产成品的检验过程及结果，及时将原材料、产成品、半成品的测试结果以报告形式反馈给相关部门，并协助生产车间改善工艺，提高产品质量.

8. establish and perfect systems to support the work of lab and improve the process， such as raw material test report system， semi-manufactured product test report system and product test report system etc建立并不断完善体系来支持实验室的工作及改善工艺，如原材料检验报告体系，中间品检验报告体系，产成品检验报告体系等

9. coordinating and improving of analytical methods and tools together with ao-pe department in germany and if required with other hp plants of evonik. 与德国ao-pe部门一起整理和改进分析方法和工具，如有可能，给予赢创其他过氧化氢工厂以支持。

10. be responsible for administration， maintenance， inspection and calibration of lab equipment and facility， such as toc， icp， etc.负责实验室设备、设施管理，维护及检定校准工作，如toc，icp等。

11. lead and conduct periodic internal iso audits to ensure compliance to the systems. be responsible for the coordination with certification company on iso 9001/iso 14001 external audit activities and recertification on behalf of the company. 领导并实施定期iso内部审核以确保体系合规；代表公司负责与认证公司，就iso 9001/iso 14001外部审核活动和再认证事宜进行协调。

12. assist to finish works related to business processes; manage the non-conformance system and present reports on non-conformance to the management team periodically， promote continuous improvement on processes.完成业务流程相关工作；管理不符合项系统，向管理层定期提交不符合项报告，推动持续改进流程。

13. be responsible for directing and evaluating subordinates’ work; establish and keep good relationship with evonik in hanau so as to get relevant support in time through communication

指导和评估下级的工作;与赢创hanau实验室建立并保持良好关系，及时沟通获取相关支持.

14. adopt ing correct technique refers to the abnormity issues and report to the leadership as soon as possible; taking lead in investigation of customers’ complaints on quality， and providing analysis report and feedback to customers.对异常事件的准确处理及迅速上报；对客户的质量投诉，主导并组织调查原因，提供分析结果并给予客户反馈。

technical knowledge base

1. 10-year-experience in chemic analysis， quality management or related majors preferred. bachelor or above educational level.

2. be familiar with the principle， structure and troubleshooting experience of routine tools in lab

3. be familiar with quality management methods and system in a chemical plant.

4. internal auditor qualification of quality management is preferred

5. fluent english.

6. being skilled in large-scale equipment operation， such as toc， icp， etc.

7. being capable of leading and organizing iso 9001/iso 14001 systems

8. being experienced in lab administration
