position: component engineer

reports to: component engineer manager

2. scope

1) technical/ adminastrative component works associated with configuration management. 2) component technical specialist service

3. main objectives

1) component technical/ adminastrative

component technical work in associated with our production commitments.

2) component technical specialist

sales of component technical specialist work to customers.

4. responsibility and authority

the position has responsibility and authority as follows:

1)component technical/ adminastrative

component registration of technical master data in cis/ ifs

secure the customers component requirements within our systems

component list built and exported into ifs

2)component technical specialist

to deliver what is agreed in the contract with the customer.

and for both

responsible according to kitron´s ethical code of conduct

quality of own work carried out

comply with requirements according to procedures in the quality system

5.main working tasks

main tasks include the following:

1)component technical/ adminastrative.

clarify customer requirements on components.

conversion of customer bom into our systems.

register basic component data in cis and ifs

documenting in cis.

minimize the number of new components as far as possible.

create a cross reference between the customer part number and ours.

set the current parameters on inventory parts in ifs on purchasing articles.

making rohs analyzes for production.

supporting configuration / technology/ production/ purchasing/ receiving inspection/ quality department and kam.

reports to the customer.

assist in fault investigations with relevant information from manufactures.

maintenance of data in the cis.

ensure part number for edi trading.

pcn handling.

supporting in quotation

2)component technical specialist

being an expert in component function and how they should be used.

making evaluation and selection of components in the design of new products

reviewing the customer's selection of components for new construction.

support designers to understand component specification and to use the components in a straight manner.

market investigations.

create and maintain corporate standards.

information collection (environmental data, material declaration, reliability information)

life cycle analysis

investigate options for obsolescence.

failure investigations related to component problems.

reach analysis of product.

reverse engineering of competing products.

mtbf calculations.

quality assurance of materials.

broad knowledge in their field of component market.

support to internal and external customers with their skills.

to follow developments in the field of technology.

technical administration.

large network of contacts with manufacturers and distributors.

在cis/ifs中的技术主数据的组件注册

在我们的系统中保护客户的组件需求

构建并导出到if的组件列表

与客户达成合同中约定的内容。
