工作职责:

1 制定kps在ife-victall长期发展计划,并实施/跟踪/调整此计划。

create the long term kps development plan in ife-victall, and implement/track/adjust the plan.

2 制定/总结每年的kps发展计划,并实施/跟踪/调整此计划.

create the annual kps development plan,, and implement/track/adjust the plan.

3 为ife-victall发展为精益企业提供专业技术支持。

provide the professional technical support in order to develop ife-victall into a lean corporation.

---寻找改善机会find the improvement opportunities

---建立公司精益团队 create lean improvement team.

---培训团队成员 train and coach the lean improvement team members.

---领导精益项目 lead some lean projects

---协助/支持其他精益项目 support other lean projects

4 新入职员工精益培训,日常精益培训train the new employees, implement daily training for employees

5 5s审核/报告。 5s audit/report.

6 发展/管理公司建议系统 develop/manage the suggestion system

7 主持每季度的kps现状汇报工作 manage/coordinate quarter report meeting of kps project state.

8 现场kps信息板,标识维护/更新maintain/update the kps information board and signage

9 参加公司安排的培训. implement the training arrangement of company.

10完成部门经理安排的工作 fulfill other task required by supervisor

职位要求:

1.本科以上学历

2.三年以上工作经验

3.英语读写熟练,可以简单交流。
