工作职责:

1. 启动和管理新产品开发项目(需要与研发部及国内、国外组织机构合作)

2. 独立完成市场活动,从策划、执行到评估等整个流程(新产品发布、展览等)

3. 市场调研,包括新产品项目调查、竞争对手信息和市场信息调研,并进行分析,提供建议。

职位要求:

1. 食品行业,5年以上新产品开发经验及多项目管理经验

2. 有网络产品(电商)市场推广经验

3. 逻辑思维,性格开朗,愿意学习和分享

4. 执行力强及良好的沟通、协调能力

5. 工作积极主动,愿意全国出差

key responsibility:

1. initiate and manage new product development projects – work with r&d internally or source from outside the organization (domestic or overseas)

2. plan, execute, and evaluate marketing activities independently (incl. new product launch, exhibition etc.)

3. market research, incl. necessary survey for the new product project, competitor information & market information, analyses and provide recommendation

requirement:

1. 5 years+ new product development experience in food industry

2. online or e-business marketing promotion experience is must

3. multi project management experience is desired

4. logical thinking, open mind set, willing to learn and share

5. strong execution and good in coordination

6. willing to work hard and travel

7. fluent english
