第8篇 硬件项目管理工程师岗位职责硬件项目管理工程师职责任职要求

职责描述:

• acts as the primary electrical engineering interface to the customer

• available for travelling when needed

• maintains a project timeline for hw applications

• supports all required program documentation including:

o dfmea’s

o safety plan development

o design reviews

o customer electronics issues/communications tracking

o customer documentation

o drawing, hw calibration and releases

• complete process related documentation including engineering notices, design change package, engineering change requests, engineering change order, cost requests, 5 phases, engineering permits, etc.

• coordinate sample supply requirements for engineering samples to the customer and the labs.

• coordinate controller updates activities: samples, vehicle testing, validation, anomaly fixes, plant return material analysis

• coordinate calibration release, software release, and validation activities

• interpret and analyze system and customer specifications to determine impact on the functional design content of the electrical system.

• support product development activities as required.

任职要求:

required skills:

• educational focus in design/development of electrical systems in hardware and/or software

• proficient written and verbal communication skills

• ability to work in a team environment as well as being highly motivated with good time management skills

• proficient with microsoft office tools (excel, word, powerpoint, project).

• ability to interface effectively with internal and external customers

• strong leadership skills

• eager to learn and think outside of the box

• fluent written and oral english.

preferred:

• +2 yrs of electrical/electronics experience

• automotive electronics background is preferred

• program management experience

• familiarity with electronic assembly processes

• familiarity with automotive communication protocols (can, lin, flexray)

• familiarity with basic tools that apply to can networks

• familiarity with general electronic schematic diagrams

• familiarity with printed circuit board layout and fabrication

• functional understanding of c programming language

• experience with 8-bit and 16-bit micro-controllers

• experience with microcontroller processors and common peripherals

education:

bachelor (required)
