responsibilities:

职责:

review pfmea and control plan for ee, ensure the input cc/sc are effectively controlled ;

评审电子电器相关pfmea,控制计划,确保输入的cc/sc得到有效控制。

develop ee quality process, es testing and test equipment readiness;

负责规划电子电器质量工艺,es testing和检验设备准备工作。

develop ee pqs and sos/jes.

开发产品质量标准(pqs)及操作指导书(sos&jes)

analysis and resolve ee quality issue, ensure launch quality.

分析项目投产中电子电器相关质量问题解决,推动问题解决,确保项目投产质量。

responsible to complete pqe deliverables and summary report.

负责保证产品质量工程节点交付物按质按时完成,并形成评审报告。

academy requirements:

学历要求:

engineering college or higher degree preferably with a major in automotive engineering;

工程本科学位及以上,汽车工程专业优先

working experience requirements:

工作经验要求:

at least 5 years’ auto manufacturing quality experience;

至少五年的汽车行业制造质量工作经验

at least 1 model launch experience

至少一款以上的新车型投产项目经验

good knowledge about vehicle quality, especially on ee ;

对整车质量尤其是电子电器质量熟悉的优先

熟悉电子电器系统相关知识
