brief:

职位概述:

the role of the manager of f&b、merchandise operations development will be business planning and provide operational input to insure functional facilities during the design phase of the golden bay international resort project. they will also be responsible for developing all f&b 、merchandise operations and safety standards for the property, and ensuring the operations team and all vendors are aware of and comply with these standards.

餐饮、商品开发及运营经理需要针对项目进行商业业态规划、提供运营支持以保障金沙湾乐园项目在设计阶段的(就考虑到餐饮、商品所需的)功能性设备。他们也需要负责制定所有的餐饮运营标准、商品运营标准及安全标准, 同时确保运营团队和所有的供应商意识并遵守这些标准。

responsibilities:

职责:

business operations of f&b、merchandise overall planning

attend all design meetings and ensure final design drawing comply with all operational requirements and operational safety

work in the field during construction to provide quality assurance to ensure construction matches design plans

act as a best practices resource on f&b、 merchandise safety practices to educate the rest of the operations personnel

keep abreast of best practices and continuously improve the f&b 、 merchandise standards

create and manage critical reports of project progress

3.在建设阶段需在项目上工作,监督质量以确保项目建设能与设计计划相匹配

6.创作并管理项目的关键性进展报告

requirements:

要求:

extensive experience with high volume commercial enterprise

demonstrated ability to create and implement food & merchandise safety standards

able to translate food & merchandise operations requirement into design criteria

excellent communication and organizational skills

previous experience in large, complex organizational environments

excellent knowledge of ms office

preferred experience: specific responsibilities for food safety and design in a high volume, high quality food commercial environment
