第12篇 方案工程师成本分析岗位职责职位要求

职责描述：

主要负责成本分析，prefer工程/机械/统计/数学/建模专业海归研究生，工作经验不限。

essential responsibility:

a)cost estimation – maintenance cost per hour (commercial aircraft engines).

b)booking rate estimate (bre) support (commercial aircraft engines).

c)deal modeling – time and material deals (commercial aircraft engines).

d)product platform review (ppr) support

e)support central workflow operational support and administration.

f)support tool development (digitization) and administration support.

g)work with the onpoint proposal engineer (ope) leads so that the business year growth

play book plans can be accomplished.

h)create training modules and standard operating procedure (sop) as required by the business.

qualifications/requirements

engineering degree. preferably mechanical or aerospace.

aircraft engine shop experience (evaluating works coping， black belt activities – i.e looking for cost out， etc.) or aircraft design experience (understanding different parts of an engine， technical functions， & potential failure modes)

predictive failure experience. (working with weibuls， or other predictive failure activities). a plus if the person has experience with ge’s predictive models (icam or mytmcm for t&m deals)

csa experience or other experience with long term contracts (preferably ones that are long term revenue accounted)

proven success working with large amounts of data (very large spreadsheets， looking for trends or errors/red flags， etc.)

working with or creating excel macros

desired characteristics

ge or other aviation business experience

mba degree or something that shows that they can connect the technical background with the commercial strategy (price， om， customer value， etc.)

薪资：10-15k 根据个人背景而定
