1. 支持控制系统及相关电气元器件的选型,包括plc、传感器、光栅、光幕、mcp、pdp、hmi、电机的选型;

support for control related equipment selection including plc, sensor, laser

curtain, laser scanner, mcp, pdp, hmi, servo motor and more.

2. 制订plc及电气元器件的标准及规范,包括上述涉及的设备的制造、系统、安全、性能、软件等方面要求,尤其是控制硬件标准及软件标准;

compile plc related components standards and specifications, included

requirements of manufacturing, system, safety, installation, performance,

software and more, especially control hardware and software standard.

3. 制订电气设计标准,包括plc程序框架,标准程序,通讯协议等要求;

compile control design standards, included requirements of program framework,

standard program module, communication protocol and more, especially control

hardware and software standard.

制订电气硬件标准,包括mcp、pdp盘柜,安全控制设备(如光栅、光幕等)、电气元器件(如传感器、电源模块、通讯模块、控制元件等)、执行设备(如spanner、rfid、电机等);

compile control hardware standards, included requirements of control cabinets

such as mcp,pdp, safety control devices such as laser curtain, laser scanner,

electric components such as sensor, power module, communication module, control

devices, executive devices such as spanner, rfid, motor and more.

5. 编订plc及相关电气元器件e-planner、check list、tpm/pm等文件;

compile plc and control components related document such as e-planner、check

list、tpm/pm guide and more.

6. 支持项目阶段控制相关电气设备及元器件选型、方案评审、离线编程、控制程序检查等工作;设备安装或改造阶段的控制技术支持;

support for electric device and component selection of robot, proposal review,

, off-line programming ,program checking during the whole project stage and

technical support during robot installation and modification stage.

7. 支持量产阶段控制程序或电气硬件重大停机或疑难故障问题的解决;

support for control related equipment trouble-shooting for costly outages and

puzzles during sop stage.

8. 电气新技术新设备的技术交流,新设备的工艺能力开发。

in charge of technical review and development of new control technologies.

9. 完成领导安排的电气控制相关工作。

complete other control related work assigned by leadership.

任职资质:

1. 本科以上,理工科背景,bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering.

2. 3年以上plc及电气元器件管理或维护经验

at least 3 years management and maintenance experience about control and

related equipment such as plc and electric system and more.

3. 有较强的英文读写听说能力

good english listening, speaking ,reading and writing skills.

4. 有积极的工作态度和团队合作能力。要求能适应快节奏的创业企业文化,在需求和条件都相对不成熟的环境中能积极用创新的态度解决问题
