共享中心it项目助理项目经理 your responsibilities:

• leading moderate to large complex projects within the shared services centre in delivering project management through project/ resource/ communication planning; scope/ issue /risk /change and stakeholder management

• understanding and managing process impacts on the customer proposition, identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and the customer experience

• building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

• coaching and developing junior team members, including setting priorities and providing ongoing feedback

skillset required:

• minimum of 5 years’ recent experience providing hands-on project management, preferably in a shared services environment in the area of information technology for local and southeast asia countries (hk, india etc.)

• cross functional project/ operation experience is preferred as he/she is required to handle cross functional projects from time to time

• expert communicator and negotiator with good written, verbal (in both english and cantonese), presentation, and interpersonal skills

• hands-on leader, visionary, and problem solver with a passion for excellence

• ability to work well with excel, tableau for data analytic work and visio

• pmp certification and six sigma green to black belt are strongly desired

• bachelor’s degree holder

• location is based in panyu with occasional needs to travel to hk and sea countries your responsibilities:
