1. education: bachelor degree, majoring in chemical machinery, process equipment or related disciplines

本科学历,化工机械、工艺设备或相关专业

2. experience: over 8 years’ experience in chemicals or petrochemical equipment maintenance experience; hands on experiences on chemical industry equipment maintenance

8年以上化工或石油化工设备维修经验

3. language: excellent in both written and spoken english

优秀的英语听说读写能力

4. excellent skills in: microsoft office (excel & word) and auto cad

熟练使用office, autocad软件;

5. demonstrate ability to: communicate well and work with teamwork spirit

良好的沟通技巧和团队精神

工作职责:

1. prepare the preventive maintenance plan, update on the practice basis accordingly and supervise the implementation of pm work

准备防性维修计划,更新并督促维修计划工作的执行;

2. quick and right action on equipment malfunction and find improvement opportunity by the malfunction, provide technical support for mechanical technician;

快速和正确地发现设备故障并采取行动

3. develop and improve the relevant standard operation procedure or work instruction;

制定和改进标准作业程序或作业指导书

4. inspect, test, and adjust all plant equipment systems, machinery, and equipment according to maintenance plan and documentation;

根据维修计划和文件检查,测试和调整所有工厂设备系统

5. keep a good record data of equipment inspections, tests, and repairs; maintain right history records and engineering filings; inputting in the cmms the historic of the maintenance works;

保持设备检查,测试和维修记录。确保历史数据记录及工程资料的准确性,在cmms系统中录入维修日志

6. inspect and guide routine cleaning and regular maintenance in production lines and plant area;

检查并指导生产线和工厂设备的日常清洁保养

7. inspect and manage the sub-contractors for overhaul, project, or other maintenance service; control the quality of maintenance;

检查和管理分包商大修,项目,或其他维保服务

8. provide support to warehouse for components and equipment receiving and daily management;

为仓库提供零部件和设备接收的支持及日常管理

9. participate in engineering improvements to improve the plant production efficiency, equipment and process together with other engineers;

与其他工程师一起参与工程改进,以提高工厂设备生产效率及进行工艺改进。

10. keep a good equipment document management system;

保存良好的设备文件管理系统

11. in charge of professional equipment training;

负责专业设备培训

12. other tasks assigned by the manager.
