be responsible for the maintenance and management of all equipment, tools and facility负责管辖部门的设备、工具、设施维修保养,从而支持生产的顺利进行。

essential duties and responsibilities include the following. other duties may be assigned.

1. be responsible to setup maintenance plan for kinds of equipment, tools and facility, ensure the plan to be put in place负责制定公司工装工具的管理,设备、设施维修保养计划,并保证这些计划的实施;

2. tracking the equipments’ actual status, organize routine maintenance, guide and participate in trouble shooting, inspect reparing quality, ensure to meet the production and other related requirement.掌握设备、设施正常运行和日常维修。 组织实施维修工作,指导并参与维修过程中疑难问题的解决,检查维修质量,保证设备的正常安全运转以及生产的顺利进行;

3. buildup and control spare parts inventory, control maintenance cost 制定设备维修所需备品、备件计划,控制备品备件库存和维修成本;

4. buildup and develop technician team and continuously improve work efficiency.负责维修团队建设和管理,采取改进措施,提高工作效率;

5. lead and provide training and support to staff in maintenance and repair activities, enhance customer service awareness and improve their technical skills 负责制定和实施下属员工的培训计划,着重加强服务意识、技术水平等方面的培训;

6. allocate and supervise team work according to department goals, manage team performance.安排、指导和监督下属员工的工作,制定和实施下属员工的绩效考核和评估.

经验和技能要求

1. bachelor degree or above in mechanical/electrical/manufacturing engineering. 本科及以上学历,机械、电气或制造工程专业

2. above 5 years working experience in relative function.5年以上相关工作经验

3. be fluent in english, and good compute skill.英语流利,能熟练使用电脑
