高级供应商管理 主要工作职责:

make sure the ppap of supplier finished according to grogram timeline

确保供应商ppap按时完成

make sure the sourcing parts can meet the quality target after sop

确保正式量产后供应商产品质量满足要求

1 cooperating with purchasing department, finsh new supplier sourcing based on program time line.

配合采购部门,按照项目项目时间节点完成新供应商的选择。

2.according to pms procedure requirement to develop supplier apqp.

根据pms 相关程序要求开展apqp相关工作。

3.set up incoming inspection wi. optimize incoming inspection procedure.

建立入厂检验指导文件,优化入厂检验流程。

4.collect supplier ppm data , push supplier’s short and long term corrective action action implemented on time.

收集供应商不合格数据,推动供应商短期长期纠正措施按时完成。

5. hold supplier monthly review meeting ,cooperate with supplier to do continue improvement.

主持供应商月度评审会议。推动供应商持续改进。

6.make sure the nonconforming parts of suppleirs handled on time.

确保供应商不良品得到及时处理。

任职要求:

1. bachelor degree or above,automobile or mechanical manufacture related major.

大学以上学历,汽车或机械加工制造相关专业。

2. at least 8 years or above related working experience.

八年以上的相关工作经验。

3. vda 6.3 auditor certificate; familiar with ts16949;

vda 6.3 审核员资质, 熟悉ts 16949体系。

4. proficiency in kinds of quality tools.

掌握质量相关管理工具。

5. proficiency in english, both writing and spoken.
