订单管理客服岗位职责

欧美制造公司因业务需要新招职位,徐汇区港汇广场上班,朝九晚六。要求5年以上相关工作经验,同时接触过进口订单和出口订单,有系统操作经验,英文熟练沟通,工作认真仔细,抗压能力强。
1.公司文化很好,同事都很平易近人。
2.上海办公室20人左右,公司小而精,接下来会有很多业务转移到中国来,公司属于上升发展期。
3.需要寻找英文口语熟练沟通,仔细认真有耐心的csr
4.需要候选人是全日制本科学历,积极主动,能hands on做事情
工作职责概述:
1.收到客户的订单系统里下单
2.等美国工厂收到订单,排计划,美国那边货代会订舱
3.收到订舱信息发给客户
4.等船开了之后香港那边会做文件的
5.客户投诉,还有系统这块也很重要,维护提意见
6.和船公司开会评估服务

manage the sales order process for the assigned market areas and customers
responsibility:
receive, enter & process orders in accordance with customer requirements, forecast & commercial objectives as defined by sales manager
track & coordinate delivery of orders & communicate details to external and internal customers
issue necessary documents
inventory management and deliveries
responsibility:
order planning in collaboration with production, logistics and sales
monitor and optimize stock levels
coordinate with transportation companies to arrange inland deliveries & issue necessary documents
monitor vendor managed inventory
monitor inland logistics related costs
credit risk and billings
responsibility:
checking credit limits and past due reports before invoicing
assisting in month end closing
process customer feedback, advisories or complaints
responsibility:
enter complaints, feedback or advisories in customer feedback tracking system with all necessary information to process
implement the proposed solution(s) of an advisory complaint in the process & close out
sales forecast
responsibility:
update forecast (volume and price) according expected sales by sales managers
update actual sales and customer orders
office administration
responsibility:
arrange appointment, travel arrangement and hotel bookings
organize and assist in exhibition and large scale business functions
manage all the administrative work in the office
liaise with vendors and suppliers
assist in the relocation of personnel
requirements:
high level of personal integrity and ability to maintain confidential information
strong organization skills and attention to detail
strong sense of urgency which drives results
interpersonal skills – ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels within and outside the organization
creative problem solving and critical thinking skills
