职责描述:
1.员工通勤车以及停车场管理;shuttle bus and staff parking lot management;
2.负责采购、订购工作服;purchase and order uniform;
3.工服洗涤以及更衣室整体规划、管理;uniform washing and locker room overall planning and management;
4.后勤项目员工扣费以及月度财务核销、报账;cost deduction from employees and monthly financial settlement in terms of supporting service;

任职要求:
1.大学本科及以上学历,专业不限;持c1以上驾照,两年以上工作经验;bachelor and above, any major is ok; with c1 and above driving license; over 2-year work experience;
2.较强的沟通交流能力和组织协调能力、较强的独立判断能力和问题处理能力,及时应对各种突发问题的处理 strong communication and organization/coordinaton ability, strong ability to make judgement and solve problem indenpendently, deal with all kinds of emerging issues in time;
3.具备较强计划管理和控制能力 strong ability for plan management and control;
4.具备较强的利用office办公软件处理报告和数据的能力 good at office report and data processing;
5.熟悉汽车企业后勤服务体制;be familiar with supporting service system in automobile company;
6.能适应加班和双班的工作 able to support overtime and 2-shift work.
