职位描述:

requirements:

1.bachelor degree or above;

2.over 3 years project managementexperience;

3.strong leadership capabilities;

4.proven project management skills;

5.strong communication skills in chinese & english;

6.good team player &relationship builder with capability to co-ordinate cross functional &multisite activities;

7.assertive, self-motivated with drive to succeed;

8.structured, organized working methods.

responsibilities:

1.gate based project management primary responsible for assigned project(s - manage, control &co-ordinate with npi teams to ensure project objectives fulfilled;

2.develop &maintain the project plan for assigned project;

3.organize new project kick-off meeting, co-ordinate related npi build performance including otd, yield rate, waste and action plan;

4.transfer customer's feedback to internal department and push the related projects;

5.follow npi procedure to conduct npi review meeting with all concerned parties;

6.project sign off to ensure smooth transition of new products from npi team to site team;

7.project issue and risk management;

8. proactively communicate with project sponsors to ensure all are fully informed regarding project status and that all potential concerns are highlighted in a timely manner to ensure effective resolution;

9.npi projects weekly and monthly report accomplish;

10. weekly project summary including milestone, status, risk, business information etc;

11. monthly review with otd, project summary etc

leverage of experience;

12.across the spectrum of projects introducing new products, review all experience to identify key learning opportunities impacting design, materials etc to ensure all future projects benefit;

13.other duties to be assigned.
