岗位职责:

一、招聘管理

1、根据人力资源策略、制定阶段性招聘计划,并推动实施;

2、独立负责招聘甄选工作;

3、拓展并完善各种渠道,深入挖掘并投放招聘信息,打造强大的招聘渠道体系;

4、组织人才筛选及面试、完善工作,建立高效的招聘流程;

5、建立健全核心人才库,做好关键岗位人才储备;

6、完成部门负责人交办的其他工作。

二、员工关系管理

1、负责员工劳动合同的签订、变更与终止相关手续的办理;

2、负责员工转正、离职相关异动手续的办理;

3、受理员工咨询;

4、建立和谐、愉快、健康的劳资关系。

任职条件

1、本科以上学历;

2、人力资源、行政、企业管理等相关专业;

3、五年以上相关人事工作经验;

4、思维活跃,组织能力强;

5、良好的计划能力、沟通能力和亲和力;

6、制药行业者优先考虑。

1. establish the periodic recruitment plan according the human resource strategy and implement

2. responsible for the recruitment work

3. explore and improve the recruitment channel, check in details and place recruitment advertisement, establish a strong recruitment channel system

4. organize selection, interview, and establish high efficient recruitment process

5. establish and improve the bank of core value candidate, make the backup persons of the core position

6. finish other related jobs from department head

management of staff relationship

1. responsible for the labor contract signing, changing and termination

2. responsible for staff’s ending of probation, and resigning work

3. handling of staff’s complain and consultancy

4. establish a harmonious, happy, health labor relationship.

qualification

1. university degree and above

2. hr, administration, company management related major

3. 5 years above hr working experience

4. active and high organization ability

5. good planning ability, communication and affinity

6. worked in pharmaceutical company is preferred.
