- enhance high unit share of amo iol in b1 and b2 accounts.

- assist line manager to conduct the product promotion and related events

- increase amo iol unit share in a accounts by developing and training surgeons

to properly use amo iol in phaco surgeries through or visit

- fulfill hospital listing target to create more sales opportunities to amo iol

- implement the target of call activity and or visit to private and public accounts, to increase implants of amo iol

- assist line manager, mmf specialist and phaco specialist to conduct the product

promotion and related events

8. requirements:

 industry/position experience:

- 2 years and above sales experience with proven sales performance

- experience in medical device and consumable

- ophthalmic experience is preferred

 language skills:chinese

 travel requirements:willing to travel frequently when required

 other requirements:

- good execution capability

- good communication and interpersonal skill

- basic analysis and summary ability
