your responsibilities(岗位职责)

as a member of the 4flow team, you will manage the efficient movement of goods through our customers’ logistics networks in order to ensure material availability. your primary tasks in this position will include:

作为4flow团队的一员,你需要通过管理客户的物流网络,使物料高效地运转以确保物料的可用性。主要职责如下:

• guaranteeing the execution of all areas of transportation for daily operations on a shift basis using our transportation management system

通过我们的运输管理系统,确保每个班次的员工都能执行全方位的日常运输管理。

• handling shipping exceptions while ensuring that information flows to the customer and other relevant parties

负责日常运送异常的处理,确保相关信息通知到客户和相关部门。

• reviewing and checking invoices from the carriers and other service providers

负责检查核对来自承运商以及其他服务商的发票。

your profile(岗位要求)

• bachelor’s or master’s degree and relevant experience in a service-oriented field (preferably in customer service and/or logistics) for an international company in the automotive industry or with a logistics service provider

大学本科或研究生学历,有在跨国汽车行业或物流服务商从事服务导向领域的工作经验(客户服务和/或物流部门优先)

• experienced in using it systems and working structured and solution-focused while showing customer service

能在客户服务过程中熟练使用it 系统,有条理地工作和提供解决方案。

• native speaker of mandarin with good english reading and writing and basic conversational skills.

母语为普通话,英语读写能力良好并有基本的口语交流能力。

• willing to accept extensive english training to improve oral english skills.

愿意接受英语培训以提高英语口语能力。
