job description:

1. 提供专业的海外房产资讯服务,并帮助买家完成购买流程。

to provide professional overseas real estate advisory services, and to assist buyers to complete the purchase process.

2. 与开发商合作共同推广项目和市场;研究受益并熟练地了解项目,以便客户购买房产。

work with developers to help market and promote projects; study benefits and understand project intimately to be able to convince buyers of purchase.

3. 回答海外房产购买的相关问题,比如教育、投资、移民、税务等。

answer overseas purchase questions such as studying, investment, immigration, tax, etc.

4. 协助团队策划会展活动,并且与渠道和相关合作伙伴保持良好协作关系。

assist the team in planning exhibition, and to maintain good relations with channels and relevant cooperators.

5. 负责指引和带领初级销售。

responsible for mentoring and guiding junior sales.

职位要求:

requirements:

1. 大学本科或以上学历,熟悉移民相关流程的优先考虑。

bachelor degree or above, familiar with international immigration process a plus.

2. 曾在海外留学或生活过的会更好。

having studied or lived abroad is preferred.

3. 积极肯干的态度;自主性强,有上进心。
