项目经理bp&保险策略及执行 detail development & coordination of body&paint strategy and working packages/initiatives due to heavily increasing market competitors both from iam's and insurance companies in the following areas:

 insurance cooperation, customer awareness & retention, product & services placement, dealer loyalty and after sales turnover development, environmental protection establishment

 coordination amongst contributing parties in the project (internal porsche china/ porsche germany / external parties) as high demand is required to secure b&p business in dealer network (b&p contribution: 50% dealer turnover).

 constant monitoring of the working packages and the impact in the dealers' b&p turnover and seek for new supporting measures that might involve some investment (porsche china and dealer).

 analyze possible impact of the body & paint business (market competition-iam's), in relation to positive business cases.

 cooperate with porsche financial services in the development of a porsche brand insurance project.
