sqa供应商质量管理 克诺尔 克诺尔车辆设备(苏州)有限公司,克诺尔车辆 requirements:

1. bachelor’s degree or above, minimum 3 years quality related working experience

2. knowledge of quality tools methods & implementation

3. lean production knowledge

4. good knowledge in mechanics and mechatronics, and control of manufacturing process

responsibilities:

1. audit system and rate the new vendors

2. define/implement/follow up improving actions for potential vendors

3. project monitoring regarding fai and milestone for new products

4. support supplier in zero-defect-activities

5. coordinate ncr in serial production

6. annual supplier re-audit (system)

7. coordinate process audit in case of serious non-conformity

8. audit the vendor production processes

9. support supplier in understanding the kb drawings and technical specs

10. lead fai in coop with supplier and kb internal

11. support supplier in root cause analyzing and implementing 8d action plan to ncr

12. drive and support supplier in continuous process improvement (including product quality and industrial process)
