关系管理岗岗位职责

会员关系管理岗 银联国际 银联国际有限公司 岗位概述

建设银联国际(公司)全球和区域市场会员体系，加强公司与会员的交流互信，促进公司业务发展，提升银联品牌美誉度。

包括但不限于:

1. 建立、管理、维护公司在全球范围的会员关系;

2. 定期主办全球会员理事会，协办区域会员理事会;

3. 定期编辑、发布会员通讯和会员舆情、修订会员规章。

position summary

establishing the global and regional membership system of upi; strengthening the communication and trust between upi and members; enhancing upi business development; improving unionpay brand.

including but not limited to:

1. establishing， managing， maintaining the relationship between members and upi worldwide;

2. regularly hosting global member council and assisting organizing regional member council meetings;

3. regularly drafting and issuing upi member letters and member news， updating upi membership bylaws.

岗位职责

1. 定期发布会员通讯，介绍银联国际业务进展、新产品、新服务、技术和营销方面的成功案例，加深会员对银联国际业务的了解;

2. 定期发布会员舆情，介绍全球和各区域的会员动态、行业最新监管政策、创新技术和产品;

3. 主办全球会员理事会，协办区域会员理事会;

4. 收集会员对公司业务的意见和建议，推动公司定期反馈解决措施;

5. 修订会员规章、计算会员贡献度、维护会员关系。

position responsibilities (detailed accountabilities)

1. releasing member letters to introduce upi’s latest business progress， new products and services， successful cases of technology， marketing & promotion;

2. releasing member news to introduce members’ latest business progress， new regulatory policies， innovative technology and products;

3. hosting global member council and assisting organizing regional member council meetings;

4. collecting members’ comments and advices on upi business， coordinating different teams of company to provide feedback solutions regularly;

5. amending bylaws of membership， calculating member contributions， maintaining member relationship.

岗位要求

1. 全日制统招本科及以上学历;

2. 中英文口语与写作能力优秀;

3. 工作条理清晰、注重效率和结果;

4. 具备较强的沟通能力和服务精神，合群友善、抗压能力强;

5. 具备数据统计及it专业知识者优先。
