promote asurion unique values to client, is responsible to make product offering to targeted clients, and product operations and work closely with other functional teams to ensure successful launch of projects. products offered by asurion include handset protection, mobile data service, extended warranty service, etc.

通过深度挖掘和分析客户的需求,帮助客户认可asurion产品和服务带给其的战略及商业价值,并落实产品和服务的解决方案和规划设计,与其他职能部门一起确保产品的成功上线和顺畅运营。亚胜公司与运营商深度合作,为手机用户提供手机保障服务。

key responsibilities:

solutions & product management:

• products offered by asurion include handset protection, mobile data service, extended warranty service, etc.

• product offering and value proposition – ability to clearly identify and present asurion’s value pitch to clients, make product offering and work out product details.

• drive client buy-in – to effectively address client concerns and sell in asurion service

• develop pitch decks for new business opportunities and present proposals to clients with account teams

• lead the development of product requirements documents in coordination with multiple work streams and ensure documentation provides others with full vision and scope of intended product

• synthesize consumer/ market trends research, business driver performance to identify new customer acquisition / retention opportunities and product feature enhancements

project management:

• work with other functions – coordinate with management, account team, call center, supply chain, and other product & program offering related team to develop ensure product launch to targeted clients.

• play a key role in ensuring after-launch performance improvement.

qualifications:

• 6+ year of experience in presales, technical sales roles in relevant industry

• ability to direct / collaborate / manage support to clients, including mobile carrier and retailer and other customers, as a vendor, albeit one with a complicated circumstance.

• ability to get things done in a complicated and oftentimes ambiguous environment.

• ability to integrate diverse information to solve problems or build business plans

• passionate, team player

• good capability in both written & oral english
