mission:

to develop new customers, promote company product & solution and achieve sales revenue for responsible territory in tiers segment.

major responsibilities:

duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· perform swot analysis for responsible territory market in tiers segment, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.

· aggressively exploit the responsible territory in tiers segment to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.

· plan and organize sales activities, such as demo, seminars, wtl, line audits, solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.

· cooperate with customer and project team in customer project, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer with values.

· cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.

· cooperate with service, project to achieve customer satisfaction

· cooperate with finance department to improve the performance of receivable & overdue

· build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors, and mtbs

· find, select, develop and manage distributor, if applicable.

· report timely and accurately in

· continuously improve job required competence, personality and behavior.

1.对华南地区的新能源三电“电机+电控+电池”客户及传统客户进行开发

2.对于现有的新能源及传统零部件客户的维护及二次开发

3.配合mtb account manager 进行华南区域进行mtb客户开发

4.对于华南区域市场进行系统的客户资源梳理,对abc类客户进行划分,从而制定详细的开发计划
