with experience of enterprise-level software r&d transformation and operating model design

expertise at 2-3 below specific domains (software configuration， opensource component governance， testing automation， code quality / security， requirement management)

with experience of at least 1 client software engineering experience， like cisco/nokia/ibm/hpe/msstrong c-level convincing & coverage capability
