第5篇 发动机规划工程师岗位职责

1.make material flow budget, planning and strategy, and schedule for new projects.

为新项目编制物流规划预算,制订规划策略和项目计划。

2.manage service provider to provide the material flow delivery to meet the production and project requirement.

管理服务商按生产及项目要求交付。

3.coordinate all functions relative to the new projects, like ame, manufacturing, purchasing, quality, and mp&l internally, to deal with inputs and outputs for material flow.

协调项目相关的其它功能块,如工艺、制造、采购、质量以及物流内部等,处理物流规划所需的各项输入和输出物。

4.responsible for logistics facility procurements, mhe rental and project budget control.

负责物流现场设备的采购,物料搬运设备的租赁,并控制项目预算。

5.set up and improve relative processes for material flow new project management.

制订物流规划项目管理的相关流程并不断改进。

6.lead material flow improvement projects to reduce logistics costs.

负责物流规划改进项目,降低物流成本。

任职资格:

1. bachelor degree of logistic engineering, or industrial engineering focused on logistics, fluent oral english.

物流工程,或工业工程相关学士学位及以上,流畅的英语口语

2. strong computer skill (microsoft excel, powerpoint, project).strong communication skills. and coordination ability, able to deal with urgent issues

熟悉office软件,较强的沟通协调能力,以及处理紧急问题的能力

3. 3-year plus automotive background with multinational oem. ability to present complex issues to a varied audience

3年以上主机厂物流规划的经验,有能力应对多样化的问题

4. the ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision when necessary to deliver key objectives. must have a record of proactive delivery and commitment to meet deadlines.

有一定的抗压能力,能够拥有一定的前瞻性保证准时交付

5 high effective analyze issues and find issues. and improve business process and standards

能够高效的分析问题,发现问题,提前改进业务流程和标准

6. experience in lsp management

拥有物流服务商管理的工作经验

7. have knowledge and experiences in relatived equipment and facility .and know material flow relative it system

具有和物流相关的设施设备经验和知识,并了解和物流规划相关it系统
