岗位要求:

college graduate or above.

大专及以上学历;

2 years relevant working experience, customer service process knowledge. experience on overseas customer service & international trade knowledge would be a plus.

2年相关工作经验,客户服务或贸易相关;

fluent in both reading and written english and good command of ms office software,especially word, excel and powerpoint.

英语阅读和书写流畅,熟练运用办公室软件;

good communication skill, self-motivated, a good team player, initiative, integrity and independent problem-solving ability.

良好的沟通能力,正直、诚信有责任心,有独立解决问题的能力;

customer oriented.

客户服务为导向。
