key role: 工作内容概述

- new product introduction, product or packaging upgrade for all category of exporting products: lead & coordinate the product project (new product and package upgrade0, good communication with customer/consumer and related department, to ensure the project implementation successfully & punctually

所有品类出口新产品以及现有产品或者包装升级导入:领导和协调新产品和包装升级项目,与工厂,客户有效沟通,保证项目成功按时实施

- life cycle management: commercial product life cycle management, value added activity for customer through advantage material development (cost & quality), and product cost optimization.

现有产品的生命周期管理:通过有竞争优势材料的开发和产品成本的优化,为客户提供增值服务

- normative document: develop final product specification, rms, msr,bom to comply with internal control & iso

规范的文件:规范研发文件的支持,fps/rms/bom/msr等文件符合iso和公司内控的要求。

key accountability 主要职责

1 fully understand customer needs, actively provide professional recommendations, good communication with customer/consumer and relative department to ensure the project implementation, continuously add value from technical side

充分了解客户需求,积极提供专业的建议,并与客户以及相关部门的良好充分沟通,保证项目的顺利实施,提供技术上的增值服务。

2 organize and implement rsr, msr, psr, correctly and timely report the trial result.

制定计划并组织实施rsr/msr/psr,确保及时准确的报告和跟踪。

3 develop rms, ps, fps and get them approved in time. also responsible for specification’s revision.

制定包装规范并确保其及时签署。并负责起草/核实/签署产品规范的变更。

4 apply raw material and product safety clearance, patent clearance assessment for each new project.

为材料和产品申请安全号和专利,产品生产前完成专利评估。

5 complete the documentations required by internal control and iso9000.

根据公司的内控和相应的质量体系的要求完成相应的文件性工作。

6 lead and support lcm, develop advantage material (cost & quality) with supplier, procurement, seq and operation team, reduce supply risk.

支持和领导产品生命周期的管理,和采购,质量,生产部门一起开发有优势的供应商,降低产品成本和供应风险。

7 员工应在日常工作中,遵守公司的相关制度或流程规定,包括但不仅限于业务流程、政策、工作纪律准则等;
