编写、维护和优化数控加工程序

- calculate machining time

计算加工时间

- prepare all necessary documents like tool list, setup plan and process card according to production demand

准备所有必要文件如工具单,根据生产需求设置计划和工艺卡

- stay in contact with designer for problems and changings

与设计部门保持沟通以解决问题或更改设计

- continuously improve operational processes

持续改进操作流程

- train and instruct operators

培训及指导机加工操作者

- other tasks assigned by machining manager

qualification:

education

- bachelor degree or above, mechanical background

本科以上,机械学相关专业

- over 3 years programming experience in manufacturing industry

三年以上制造业编程经验

- good english skills in speaking and writing

英语听说流利

- knowledge of machining process and tools

熟悉机加工工艺及工具

- knowledge in ms-office and read drawing

熟练使用ms办公室软件,能读懂图纸

- good knowledge in siemens 840d

熟悉西门子840d数控系统

- familiar with cad/cam software. (autocad, catia etc.)

熟悉cad/cam软件

- initiative and commitment

有主动性,责任心

- good communication skills and analytical abilities
