• mechanical design for tooling, fixture .

•continuous improvement on design for manufacturing, especially to new manufacturing technology.

• process design and tooling for fast prototyping to support new concept verification.

• collaborate with supply chain to prepare in-house components for sample workshop.

• introduce new manufacturing technology and special tools to improve product's feasibility

• data statistic and problem analysis

• join in project planning by estimating schedule, cost and risk identification by supporting project leader.
