stand from rf side, work with saa team to make sure specific project success in a timely manner with good quality; build and maintain relation with key-customer‘s rd team, to ensure success in long term business relation

major responsibilities

- well communication with customer to figure out customer‘s tech requirement;

- evaluate customers original input, provide counter proposal and negotiate with customer;

- make rf design for certain project;

- prepare rf sample, approval sheet, rf test instruction, with pm/me;

- work with me/pm for all design documentation from rf side;

- proactively involve project activities for rf and general projects issue;

- proactively involve general department issue and provide training or other help for new comer;

- support production line for all design issue even after design release. support production line for non-design issue per reporter‘s arrangement.

job specification

- university degree major in rf discipline;

- at least 1 years rf design experience in mass production industry is preferable;

- rf knowledge, iso9000, product creation procedure;

- work with team member with different individual natural;

- arrange multi-task in meantime in a structure and professional way;

- good time management and skills in communication, negotiation, decision making;

- oral/written english, team work, constructive, proactive.
