第7篇 白车身工程师岗位职责

白车身工程师 上海伊狄达汽车技术服务有限公司 上海伊狄达汽车技术服务有限公司,伊狄达 main responsibilities主要职责:

1. be responsible for body's 2d/3d part design, according to suggestion from cae/craft analysis department to modify product structure and craft;

负责车身的2d/3d部分的设计,根据cae/工艺分析部门的建议去修改产品的结构和工艺;

2. be responsible for establish craft files about biw system;

负责建立关于biw系统的工艺文件;

3. be responsible for preparation, review the bom, bop, typical section, gd&t, parts description, design report and other technical documents;

负责bom,bop,典型断面,gd&t,零件说明,技术报告等技术文件的编制、审核;

4. design , checking and motion analysis by using catia or ug software and etc.;

用catia、ug等软件设计,检查以及动作分析;

5. design and release biw parts;

设计和发布biw的部分;

6. be responsible for tracking and solving prototype vehicle and related parts manufacturing, trial production& process validation, production preparation and pre-pilot of the on-site technical support service.

负责跟踪解决原型车及相关零部件的制造、试制和工艺验证、生产准备和现场技术支持服务的预试。

job requirements工作要求:

1. vehicle, or mechanical major etc. with college degree or above, above 5 years of biw design experience in large or medium auto enterprises, design company preferred;

大专及以上车辆或机械专业,有五年以上中大型汽车企业biw设计经验,设计公司优先;

2. knowledge of reverse engineering process (including vehicle dismantling and vehicle parts management) and relevant experienced preferred;

熟悉逆向工程流程(包括车辆拆卸和车辆零部件管理),有相关经验者优先;

3. knowledge of the main constrains of the process: stamping / welding /painting/ assembly line;

了解冲压/焊接/喷漆/装配线工艺的主要约束条件;

4. proficient in catia or ug etc.;

熟练使用catia或ug等软件;

5. good computer skills and english level;

良好的计算机技能和英语水平;

6. open mind and team work with people from different cultures,work seriously and responsibly;

思维开放并且可以和来自不同文化的人团队协作,工作认真负责;

7. able to travel on short notice and work outside for business related travel.

可以接受短期出差和公务相关的国外工作。
