- definition andmaintenance of the product audit plan

- implementation ofproduct audit according to plan

- documentation and statistical evaluation of thetest results

- presentation of resultsof product audit

- hold the weekly productaudit meeting

- revaluation of measures

- support in the analysisof internal failure parts during production

- analysis of damagesfrom field complaints

- support in the analysisof 0-km failures 0-km

- support forpre-analysis of purchased parts

- processing according tocustomer specification

- 8d report

- follow the tests which take place outside our own laboratory

- interpretation and documentation of the test results

- communication of the test results with the client, customer director orin consultation directly with the customer

- participation in a situationalproblem-solving team

- collaboration in thepreparation and maintenance of the specific test regulations

- other work assigned by head of department / group manager

functional qualifications:

- bachelor degree in mechanical major or related

- knowledge of zkw product and production process

- good it skills

- qatraining or similar training

- mastering of quality techniques (failure analysis, statistical methods,8-d, six sigma ...) training 'green belt'

- good communication skill

- english spoken and written

专业要求:

- 工科专业,本科学历

- zkw产品和生产过程知识

- 良好的it技能

- 有过质量或相关的培训

- 掌握质量技术(失效分析,统计分析,8d,6西格玛…)绿带

- 沟通技巧

- 英语听说读写熟练
