订单执行项目经理 responsibilities:

1.responsible for directing , organizing and controlling project activities;

2. organize project review meetings and assist with determination of project requirements

3. arrange customer visiting

4. chai introductory and project site meetings and distribute minutes to all project team members;

5. track the progress and quality of work being performed by design, manufacturing and sourcing;

6. use project scheduling and control tools to monitor project plans and deliverables;

7. effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to management and project team;

8. coordinate with other departments to meet requirements of the orders;

9. keep management and others informed about project status and issues that may impact delivery dats;

10. follow up payment collection with customers;

11. other work assigned by direct supervisor.

requirements:

1. bachelor degree or above

2. project management or mechanical background preferred.

3. effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills;

4. proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment;

5. demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities;

6. strong multi-tasking and organizational skills;

7. fluent in reading, writing and spoken english;

8. good problem solving skills and communication skills

9. work under pressure.
