线上销售主管(团购-大客户) job description:

• 电商平台企业客户的销售,根据企业客户的不同需求,灵活制作并提供符合对方需求的销售方案,运用适宜的沟通策略,挖掘销售机会,促成订单。

telephone marketing for digital platform corporate consumer, work out different sales catalog for different corporate consumer needs based on their requirements, using proper communication skills to promote the sales opportunities contributing the sales revenue increase.

• 良好的沟通技能和语言表达能力,能与企业客户、公司内部和第三方平台进行有效沟通。

good communication skills to work together with group purchase consumer, third party platform and internally to facilitate the sales order success.

• 及时回应天猫、官网和其他渠道的企业客户咨询,促成成交,并完成线上和线下订单的下达。

timely reply to digital platform group purchase consumer inquiry about the product, price, led time and others about the order, led to successful group purchase order, not only for online but also offline orders.

• 负责处理并执行与企业客户之间的日常业务和商务流程,制作销售合同,相关销售协议的审核和签署、并及时有效的对销售合同进行跟进,对合同进行梳理和归档。

responsible for handling routine business process with our corporate client, and working out sales contract, timely facilitate the contract to be carried out smoothly, filed the paper contract after the deal.

• 跟踪订单的执行,保持与客户的沟通,并做好客户与技术服务人员之间的沟通衔接工作,确保服务指令按照客户的要求下达。

monitor the group purchase order to be carried out exactly, communicate internally and externally to make sure the order to be carried out rightly.

• 负责售后咨询的应答,解决售后各类事宜。

• 有效维护企业的客户资源和客户的二次开发,增加客户对品牌的粘性和重复购买率,优化服务提升客户体验。

requirements:

• 全日制大学本科学历,具有相关工作经验。

batcher degree, relevant working experience is preferred.

• 较强的口头、书面表达及沟通能力, 熟悉企业用户的消费心理,能与客户进行有效的沟通,建立与客户的信任关系。

excellent written and oral commutation skills, know how to talk with corporate client and build up trust and long-term business relationship.
