1) pcb design layout review knowledge, understanding of the design for manufacturing guidelines

2) exposure in pcb design tools like cadence, zunken, or mentor graphics

3) experience in lab view program for the tester design in needed

4) experience in pcb and pcba manufacturing processes

5) good soldering knowledge and skill

6) good understanding of the electrical component standard

7) good understanding of the connectivity protocol using lin(uart) or can bus

8) knowledge on c programming is preferred in the modify of simple program

9) understanding of jtag interface and program setup for connectivity and functional testing.

10) understanding of esd control requirement for the production line.

requirement :

1) higher request on pcba soldering quality standard from our customer

2) increasing demand of pcb technologies in our motor design

3) a need to relook at our manual , auto and laser soldering and inspection process like magnifying glass or microscope, ct scan and xray equipment

to work out more standard operation process for ongoing audit and inspection of the product and production line control plan and parameter and environmental monitoring.

4) meeting the future requirement of smart motor and increasing customer demand on pcba soldering and control
