第12篇 物业管理师岗位职责任职要求

职责描述:

production supporting :

•identify and manage software defects and work with business partner to resolve and implement solutions.

•coordinate on-going systems maintenance and upgrades with no disruption to business operations.

•support and troubleshoot issues (process & system), identify root cause, and proactively implement sustainable corrective actions.

•provide systems support and daily operations support; some overnight shift-schedule support will be required during rollout and special company events.

project/enhancement supporting:

•work with vendors, client user groups, and others to develop system specifications, track and manage system development progress, insure adherence with schedule.

•ensure housing system solutions are seamlessly integrated

•design and develop detailed functional specifications to enhance housing processes, add new features, configure rules and workflows, new processes and reports

•identify new opportunities & services to enhance the systems platform and drive more productivity.

任职要求:

•bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or engineering (or equivalent relevant work experience).

•5 + years’ experience of hotel or large campus pms and integration experience in systems analysis & development, supporting business systems.

•3+ years’ experience of hands-on configuration, setup, transaction operation of hotel or large campus pms, schema setup, transaction operation and ability to perform.

•experience in system design and pms integration, like build integration to support workforce management

•experience with relational database like oracle, sql server and development technologies like t-sql,pl/sql etc, able to write basic queries and update schema.

•demonstrated ability in troubleshooting, analysis, and design.

•self-motivated & accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility.

•excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills both english and chinese; ability to work across multiple groups.

•schedule flexibility is needed to meet operation’s needs.

•experience to play bsa role in project, to collect requirement, provide solution , task estimation, conduct testing and training etc

•experience working in hotel, theme park or entertainment organization

•experience with software development (including agile and waterfall )

•ability to support multiple projects and communicate effectively with all key users (business and it)

•experience with workforce management systems preferred
