售后管理经理岗位职责

售后管理高级经理  建设发动机售后服务部门;

 招聘合格的发动机售后服务团队成员;

 建立bfda发动机售后服务模式,包括流程和体系;

 建立并管理服务政策,服务标准及服务预算;

 负责技术支持管理,包括开发特殊工具,编制维修说明书,即组织技术材料更新;

 负责发动机备件管理,包括备件的建设;

 零件库、备件购买及配送,备件价格管理;

 负责售后服务网络管理;

 负责保修费用的审核及结算;

 监控索赔的真实性;

 负责发动机维修培训管理;

 监控售后质量问题,建立收集及反馈流程;

 与供应协商售后价格及索赔流程;

 监控客户满意度;

 监督售后团队协作的实现

 establishment of the engine after-sales section for engine after-sales department

 hiring and staffing of qualified personnel for engine as

 establishment of an engine service support model for bfda, incl. process and system.

 to set up and manage service policy ,service standard and service budget

 take responsibility for technical support management, incl. special maintenance tools development, compiling maintenance instructions and organization of updating technical relevant materials.

 take responsibility for engine spare parts management .incl. set up of engine spare

 parts warehouse, spare parts purchasing and distribution, spare parts price management.

 take responsibility for as network management.

 take responsibility for warranty cost audit and settlement

 monitor the truth of claim

 take responsibility for engine repair training management.

 monitor after-sales quality problem and set up of collecting and feedback process

 negotiation of after-sales price and claim process with engine supplier

 monitor customer satisfaction
